The founding partners created Twin Cities Wine Tasting Services to address a gap they perceived in the Minnesota hospitality and catering industry.  Twin Cities Wine Tasting Services hosts have a minimum of eight years experience in fine dining establishments in the upper Midwest.  They have been directly recruited for their knowledge and professionalism.  Our wine stewards are committed to proper wine etiquette and are excited to present and teach the complexities and beauties of wines from around the world.

Head Wine Steward Joseph Quintela has worked in fine dining for over 10 years.  Joseph graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where, as an English History student he found the link between his major and Wine & Etiquette.  He has married the three together and will politely and professionally bring eloquence and knowledge to any event.
