Muscat. The grapes range from dry
to sweet, with intense perfume.
Pinot Blanc. Not oak aged in
Oregon, has melon and green apple characteristics.
Sylvaner. 10 vines at Sokol and
all are exclusive to No. 9. A German varietal.
Chardonnay. Popular grape and a
respectful inclusion into No. 9.
